Grown by smallholder families in the mountains of Huila, this washed Colombian is the crowd-pleaser of our line-up. Expect a round, caramel body with red apple brightness and a milk-chocolate finish that works at any hour of the day.
We roast it to a medium profile so it holds up equally well in a drip machine, a French press or as a straightforward espresso. If you are buying coffee as a gift and are not sure what the recipient likes, this is the safe choice.
