Our take on the classic. A base of high-grown Ceylon and Darjeeling black teas is scented with cold-pressed Calabrian bergamot oil and finished with blue cornflower petals. The result is fragrant and citrusy without the soapy edge cheaper Earl Greys can have.
Steep one teaspoon in freshly boiled water for three to four minutes. Lovely on its own, and very good with a slice of lemon.
